1. Membership Term

This Family Membership is a fixed 12-month agreement. The Primary Member accepts responsibility for all payments throughout the full contract period.

Key Terms

Payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit or recurring card payment for the full 12-month term. Early cancellation is only considered with medical evidence, permanent relocation more than 30 miles away, or written agreement from GYMINI. All sessions must be booked online and are subject to availability. Access codes must never be shared. Children aged 14–15 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Premises are monitored by 24-hour CCTV.

Liability Waiver

I understand exercise involves inherent risks. I voluntarily participate in all activities. I accept responsibility for myself and all registered family members. I understand that children remain under my supervision at all times. I have disclosed any known medical conditions. I release GYMINI, its owners and employees from liability for injury, illness, loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
